Product Updates

nsMHS and WeatherMan is updated with the latest WMO TDCF/TAC amendments
to support the encoding and decoding of all WMO codes as per the WMO
manual on codes. For customers on MHS and WeatherMan maintenance contracts,
please contact Customer Services to
initiate an upgrade process.
Our TDCF/TAC Laboratory is open for
anyone to experiment with.
- The Web PIB system now supports the inclusion of Route Briefings
which are optimally positioned orthographic projections of any flight
route generated on the fly.
- The NetSys Workstation Software now integrates
with the MHS alerting module to facilitate the propagation of serious
warnings e.g. tornado and tsunamis to all operator consoles
requiring acknowledgement thereof prior to resuming operations.
- The Meteogram support in the NetSys Workstation has been greatly
enhanced.
- In anticipation of WAFS T4 chart distribution via
SADIS & ISCS being discontinued, NetSys offers a
SIGWX and W/T Charts Black Box.

With the move to SADIS2G, NetSys remains ahead by
offering updated drivers with an option of UDP or TCP support OR the
NetSys Transcoder Card.

NetSys has installed the AFRI OPMET Databank in Pretoria,
South Africa. This will serve the aviation community with regards
to OPMET queries via AFTN, similar to the service already provided by
Brussels.
NetSys has recently completed an upgrade contract of Swedish Civil
Aviation's meteorological information systems which included the
NetSys chart production software.
